On 28 April 2006 Ośrodek Sportowy START (Sports Centre) was entered into the register of organisers of rehabilitation courses.
The sports centre START situated in Wisła in the very heart of the Beskidy Mountains is an ideal place for sports' teams and people who like active relaxing. Beautifully situated by the Vistula river the centre has a great number of sports facilities and it is fully adapted to the needs of handicapped persons.

In winter a number of ski lifts are open in Wisła: Stożek, Soszów, Cieńków and the new ski runs on Kubalonka where international skiing competitions are held.

Base of START creates great conditions for recreation. No matter what time of year, the advantage of the location and equipment of the Center, the excellent food and nice services causes that the START is the perfect place for spending your vacation or just a weekend.

It has 82 beds in apartments and single, double, triple and family (4-bedded) rooms equipped with bathrooms and WC. There is a conference room for 60 person equipped with audio-visual equipment. An attended car park is located next to the centre.
